This is real life. The truth is, I'm not that great at it. But this is it, and it is my life. You want me to post pictures of what I wear every day? You'd have a collaboration of different yoga pants, and oversized t-shirts--some worn multiple days in a row {cringe}! You want to know my toddler lunch meal ideas? They often vary between dino nuggets, pb&j, or ravioli--but hey, at least it's the frozen kind and not Chef Boyardee...although that has made a few appearances! You want pictures of my home decor? Well my house is usually a mess. There are dishes in the sink and laundry to be put away. Most days, with my two crazy sidekicks calling the shots, I don't have time to shower, and rarely even do my hair {am I really admitting this in a public forum?!}! But this is life, and it is my life. And I'm lucky enough to get to share it with an amazing husband and the 3 cutest kids in the world, so no matter how you look it, I'm the luckiest!

3.51

Wow. I am writing this post to congratulate myself. :) I got a 3.51 at BYU this past semester (winter semester from January-April). Okay, to some this may not seem too amazing...especially to those of you with the last name "Morgan" because we all know that Spencer was a "steely-eyed-missile-man" many semesters in a row (meaning he got a 4.0), but considering my past performance at BYU, that's pretty dang good. My last semester at BYU before transferring and going to the U, I got a 1.98. Yes, I typed that correctly...therefore I was on academic warning status. Anyway, I am no longer on warning and I am pretty dang proud of that.

My lowest grade this semester was a B- in Critical Inquiry & Research Methods. Okay...SERIOUSLY, just read the title of the class and you'll understand why I got a B-. My goodness! And, no, that was not an elective. :) It's mandatory for my major although I really don't know why; I really hated that class. I got an A- in both Marriage & Family and Parenting & Child Guidance. I must say, I thought my parenting class would be awesome, and I actually did learn a lot but seriously, I think it was quite possibly the most boring class I have ever had to endure. The teacher just has one of those voices I guess. Lastly, I got an A in my UPPER DIVISION Persuasive Writing class. It was a tough class with tons of papers due, but I absolutely loved it and actually learned a lot!

Anyway, considering that I was pregnant and working and going to school and felt like CRAP, I think I did pretty good and just thought I'd say so myself. :) Actually, I think those grades would've been good for NOT being pregnant and working, so under the circumstances I am very very happy with how I did!

Way to go Heather! I'm not surprised about the A in your persuasive writing class--you've always been a most fabulous writer. How's the pregnancy going? How far along are you now? Where's the baby ticker? :)
