Grandma Morgan also loves baby Melia.
Chief likes to take good care of Melia. He checks on her regularly and sniffs around. He cries if we put her bassinet too far from the couch that he cannot see her. And if she cries and we're not responding quickly enough he checks on her and then comes to find us to make sure we know she needs us. He's so sweet with her.
Chief likes to sit right there and watch while I nurse her to make sure everything is okay.
Here she is just sleeping so peacefully. I love the way she has her little hands clasped. So cute.
Here she is with Grandma Place. My mom has been so helpful and has come over a ton since the baby was born. She came over every day the first week home and then has come a bunch since then too. She's the baby expert! :) She is so great with Melia and has taught me a ton!

This little terrycloth outfit was mine when I was a baby. It is so tiny and is one of the only outfits Melia would fit in when we got her home. She'd lost so much weight and was so small she'd only fit in premie clothes. I love the way this outfit fits on her though. I just want to cuddle with her when she wears it.
Here is Mike with Melia on Thanksgiving Day. I was super sick with the flu that day so I didn't get to go to Thanksgiving Dinner but Mike took Melia to his parents' house for a quiet dinner with just the 4 of them.
