This is real life. The truth is, I'm not that great at it. But this is it, and it is my life. You want me to post pictures of what I wear every day? You'd have a collaboration of different yoga pants, and oversized t-shirts--some worn multiple days in a row {cringe}! You want to know my toddler lunch meal ideas? They often vary between dino nuggets, pb&j, or ravioli--but hey, at least it's the frozen kind and not Chef Boyardee...although that has made a few appearances! You want pictures of my home decor? Well my house is usually a mess. There are dishes in the sink and laundry to be put away. Most days, with my two crazy sidekicks calling the shots, I don't have time to shower, and rarely even do my hair {am I really admitting this in a public forum?!}! But this is life, and it is my life. And I'm lucky enough to get to share it with an amazing husband and the 3 cutest kids in the world, so no matter how you look it, I'm the luckiest!

Utah's Hogle Zoo

In May, my sisters and I took our kids to the zoo.
I love the new Rocky Shores exhibit.  The kids looooved watching the polar bear.
Evera loved climbing in the little alcove by the Polar Bear.
Ev was pretty excited about the grizzly bears too.
They're always one of my favorites to see.
Melia and Kalia had fun on the carousel.
Evera, however, did not.  (This kid might be a daredevil, but not if he is not in control of his own movement.)
Melia LOVED it.

Evera did calm down a little once he knew I wasn't going to put him down.
Evera had more fun swinging on the bars in the exhibits.  :)
Who needs monkeys when you've got these kids?!
Seriously, he is crazy!  (You can tell the little boy on the left agrees...)
Our favorite part was getting to see them feed the Zuri, the "baby" elephant who is almost the exact same age as Melia.
We enjoyed seeing the apes...and being apes.  :)

And Melia's favorite part is ALWAYS getting see the giant water spitting elephant.
Evera, on the other hand, hid behind a tree when the big elephant made a noise.
He thought it was funny though.
But kept hiding behind mommy's legs.
But he warmed up eventually.
And would run away when it would spit.
Evera made nice with this monkey.
But apparently the monkey was bored.
That is quite the yawn.

My favorite was this TEENY TINY OWL.  It was so adorable...even though it was missing an eye.  :(
And of course the kids enjoyed the water ball.
